Question: Stringent regulations such as the Clean Air Act and SARA reporting have forced my organization to find safe, environmentally sensible alternatives. Does The Farley Company have any replacements for hazardous products?
Answer: Not only does The Farley Company handle a wide variety of safe, non-hazardous replacement solvents, we will provide the technical assistance to ensure a smooth transition to alternative products and processes.

There are no longer "universal" products which can work on a wide variety of processes and contaminants. The key to finding a viable replacement comes from understanding your objectives and processes completely. Together, we can work to develop a game plan for replacing hazardous solvents.
    

Question: My current suppliers are charging us $25.00 or more for drum deposits and sometimes they charge us an environmental fee for each drum. What is Farley's policy when it comes to billing us for drum charges?
Answer: Farley provides all of our customers with a complete drum management program to ensure that your total cost only represents what you need. Deposits vary with different types of drums, but our typical deposit is around $20.00 (far less than most of our competition). We also do not charge the "so called" environmental fees. We only charge you for the products that you procure and need. We will pick-up most used drums assuming they are empty and have not been damaged beyond repair. This allows you to maintain a safe facility for your employees and a clean appearance for your neighbors.
    
Question: My supplier will only deliver to me when they run their trucks to my general delivery area. It may be 2 weeks before they ship again to my area. Sometimes we need products in a hurry and it costs extra to have it delivered. When does Farley deliver to my area?
Answer: We believe in delivering to our customers when they need their products. We will provide free delivery on most products with orders over $100. We appreciate at least one day lead time, but that is not always necessary. If you need it, we will do everything in our power to get it delivered when you want it. This allows you to reduce your inventories and improve your cash flow.
    
Question: I'm sick and tired of talking to voicemail and being transferred all over the organization to place my orders or to get problems solved. Who answers the phone when I call Farley at 330-673-8800?
Answer: We pride ourselves in always having trained and experienced people answering our phones, ready to answer your questions and take your order. If your question is more technical, one of our specialists will assist you.

Question: I am currently using two or more suppliers to meet my chemical and lubricant requirements. Could we consolidate our vendors and buy both items from Farley?
Answer: Farley is a full line supplier of both chemicals and lubricants. This provides a "one stop shop" for organizations to meet both their chemical and lubricant requirements. Most of the time clients find economies of scale occur when they combine their order requirements. This can result in reduced operating costs for companies that procure from Farley.
